Hey Ya. Hey-eyyy yaa-a-aaa*
Great news. My recent trip to the Nash was a success and all 5 (that’s right, as in more than the 3-4 originally promised) songs for The Bellevue EP got tracked! I was privileged to work with some of the most talented cats (old guy term for musicians) in town. There was also a dog (normal term for canine) named Mac who helpled out some. Good times were had by all.
Although it will be a while until I can show you these tunes for real, I wanted to give you a little tasty taste of one. This is my version of The Proclaimers’ tune “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles).” Go easy on me, kids, this is raw and unmixed. But I thought you would enjoy it nonetheless. Give me some tumbly love if you got it.
